This has been a sleep saver for me. It doesn't cancel it sound completely, but I would say it cancels out 95%. The sound quality is great for what I use it for. I don't listen to music, just white noise and audio books. Pulling it over my eyes does a good job of blocking out the light.

This is actually my second pair of these I have owned. I liked them so much that I got one for my wife as well.

I’ve never used a headband with built in headphones but I absolutely LOVE IT! I mainly use it when I go for walks with my dog to listen to music but I also use it when I feel like taking a nap in the middle of the day…it’s stylish and comfortable and the sound on these is GREAT! I would 10/10 recommend Sleep Headphones!

I can't say enough good things about the Sleep Headphones I purchased. The Wireless feature makes it ideal for working out at the gym or even walking around while watching a movie, or listening to music! I have never had any luck with any earbuds or any other kind of headset every time I move they slip out of my ear fall down it's a catastrophe this headband is a godsend! The bluetooth pairs seamlessly to every one of my devices and no Joke after the Barbie Movie I feel like every guy is wearing a headband at the gym LOL seriously pick this up it is a dream come true.
